The seasons turn again.. Samhain is the witches new year, the end of autumn where all of the natural world is decaying, composting the old ready for the new to emerge in the spring. Samhain is the traditional name for halloween, so we celebrate it on the seasonally apt time in the Southern Hemisphere. this year, Samhain falls on the full moon, so we will gather under these potent energies when the veil is thin to the mysteries beyond to honour our loved ones, and the wisdom we have learnt over the year past.
Samhain is traditionally the time of honouring ancestors, and rituals take place to think of those gone before us, and celebrate the legacy left for us to inherit. We will gather in a mystical circle to reflect on our lineage of women gone before us, and the legacy we want to leave our children, or our community.
Join us for ritual, feasting, celebration, sharing circle, journeying and sisterhood on this special Saturday night circle.
I can’t wait to sit in circle with you.
