Wild Womb Workshop

wild womb workshop with Charlotte Pointeaux

awaken and honour your womb’s inner wisdom and power with Charlotte Pointeaux’ Wild Womb Workshop on March 25th 2023. Your womb is a powerful centre of life force within you, whether or not you have a menstrual cycle, or even a womb. when you come into an honouring relationship with your wombspace as an energy centre, your inner wild feminine awakens. As an energy centre, your womb is your home of creativity, sensuality, sexuality, feminine power, your cyclic nature, and is a portal into connection with your red thread lineage of women who have gone before and after you.

Since humans evolved, cultures have celebrated the Goddess as personification of creative woman and her capacity to spin all life from her womb. Blood has always been revered as nature’s magickal elixir, with regenerative properties, and the cyclical nature of the menstrual cycle treasured as a mirror of the natural order and rhythm of the cosmos.

In today’s world, few of us were initiated into the Cycle Mysteries as young women, and were not celebrated, supported or honoured at our first blood rite of passage known as Menarche. Instead, the modern world has forced most girls to distrust their body, fear her symptoms, discredit her intuition, and direct her creative, fertile, sensual and sexual powers towards the opposite sex.

As such, on the whole, disconnected, disembodied, disempowered girls become disconnected, disembodied, disempowered women, until we reclaim our inner Goddess natures for ourselves.

First Moon Circle

first moon circles

First Moon Circles are a once in a lifetime empowering menstrual education and celebration for girls aged 9-12. Children can learn about puberty and periods in a nurturing circle experience so they feel really prepared, informed, positive and excited to have their first periods, at their menarche rite of passage. We also have a special mother-daughter celebration to role model to children that they can talk openly about the changes they’re going through, so they don’t feel menstrual shame or awkwardness.

The way we experience our First Moon (first period) shapes our beliefs about our own worth, power and value as a cyclical being, which stays with us forever. Your child will love this beautiful, magical 3 hour circle where they can learn all about how they can look after themself as they grows up.

Covering self-care, and teaching children how to get the best out of their superpowers as they begins their menstrual cycle, First Moon Circles are doing period education differently. Our circles are proving a fun and enjoyable way for girls and children who have or will have periods to learn, play, and feel supported at a pivotal time in their lives.

at their first moon circle your child will learn:

What periods are and what happens during the whole menstrual cycle (because there is so much more to it than just managing blood!)

The signs and stages of puberty so she can work out when her first period may come

Period care: product options, play and practice so when she needs to choose and use a product, she’s done it before

An overview of menstrual cycle self-care so she can nurture herself and be nurtured as her energy changes from ovulation to menstruation.

Receiving mother’s wisdom and well-wishes so she knows its not just she who bleeds, and that she has a village of people to support her through the process.

Welcome To The Pleasure Club

Pleasure. What is pleasure? Does the word fill you with shame, guilt or uneasy feelings? Do you feel like pleasure isn’t for you? Does this potent word conjure up thoughts of sex, and how comfortable you are with your own sexuality?

Pleasure is so much more than this, and my guest on Wild Flow the Podcast, Rowena Hobbins, is here to invite you into reframing pleasure as an essential part of your path to healing and empowerment. In fact she’s here to invite you to join the Pleasure Club!

This juicy chat with my soul sister and biz bestie dives deep into:

Our own personal relationships, attitudes and experiences of pleasure both in the past and present,

What pleasure means to us, and what it means to you, and why it’s not all about orgasms,

What blocks you from relating to and accessing pleasure,

Why you can’t open to pleasure until you’ve done the deep inner work, looking at childhood patterns and conditioning around pleasure first,

Why pleasure is essential to cultivate and learn to hold in your body, and how this missing link has been life changing for both of us

and how Rowena is on a mission to invite women to reclaim their pleasure birthright in her new Pleasure Club in 2023 (this sounds seriously amazing!)

Reclaim Your Menstrual Story to Reclaim Your Body

telling your menstrual story with Hannah Brown and Charlotte Pointeaux on Wild Flow Podcast

In this episode of Wild Flow Podcast I sat down for a delicious conversation with Hannah Brown who offers menstrual story work to women to help them unpick the threads of their stories, lived experiences, and relationship with their body and cycle. By exploring the patterns that run through your womb story, you can challenge what’s true, what’s yours and what needs letting go, with the aim of rejecting menstrual shame and reclaiming your cycle. Hannah is a Children’s social worker, trainer/consultant and menstrual cycle coach who has worked with people to support change for nearly two decades. She’s also a client of mine, having been coaching with me and part of my Cycle Sorcery group journey so this conversation feels like a beautiful natter with a good friend.

She is a certified Cycle Coach and First Moon Circle facilitator and has extensive experience holding space for young people and adults. A Mother’s Guide to Menarche as a Sacred Rite of Passage

a mother's guide to menarche as a sacred rite of passage

Empowering people through their very first period, their Menarche rite of passage is very special, powerful work that I love to do in my First Moon Circles, and Facilitator Training.

I spoke with Donna Raymond on Wild Flow Podcast in episode 20 because she is someone who is equally passionate about this work. Donna recently celebrated her eldest daughter’s Menarche in a stunning ceremony, and has written a book for Mothers so that they can guide their own children through such a pivotal time.

We spoke about

The importance of Menarche in a young woman’s life,
The connection to blood and cyclic wisdom, lineage and personal power.
We also share about the beautiful content that Donna has created for her first book, ‘Maiden – A Mother’s Guide to Puberty and Menarche as a Sacred Rite of Passage’
