Through intimate interviews, embodied teachings and solo transmissions, we explore what becomes possible when the body becomes a channel for intuition, wisdom, creativity, leadership and vision.

These conversations about the power of the menstrual cycle have never been more important. Wild Flow makes this more accessible for people who’s cycles don’t look ‘normal’, or have gone awol, or have moved past the cycling stage, as well as exploring menstrual cycle awareness with empathy for the realities of motherhood. I think there is something here for pretty much everyone who is interested in cycle wisdom on many levels.

I love this show. I am 38 years old and wish I learned these things when I was younger. I hope that all women (and people with menstrual cycles ) stumble across this podcast like I did and finally feel seen and understood and just all around better after listening like I have.
